1. Common use errors and solutions of cold roll forming machine

The cold-formed steel equipment is put into production immediately after it is opened, which is the same as the principle of hotting car. If the cold roll forming machine is used immediately without preheating, it will lead to the machine working in the cold start mode and reduce the life of the machine. It is recommended that the equipment should be idle for about 5 minutes after it is opened.

The cold roll forming machine should be placed in a dry and cool place, preferably not directly on the ground. Once there is water or liquid, we should stop the machine immediately and wipe the control console with a dry towel when removing the control surface, otherwise there will be electric leakage, resulting in the burning of the circuit board.

3. Forming process of cold roll forming machine

Uncoiling and discharging - leveling - servo feeding - punching - forming (including gear hobbing and shaping) - tracking and cutting - receiving - forming products.
