Before the normal production of the cold roll forming machine, the threading belt needs to be debugged in the manual working mode. The debugging equipment is operated through the operation handle and the action button on the control panel, and the alarm failure mode is checked and artificially set, such as no material at the end of the material, shutdown protection, servo feeding failure, the realization of each individual sequential action and the degree of rapid response.
After confirming that the above debugging process is correct, the unit working mode is converted to automatic working mode for online debugging of the whole line. Through the dimensional accuracy inspection and analysis of cold-formed parts, the influence of cold-formed molds, tooling equipment manufacturing and debugging accuracy is eliminated. And the operability, maintenance convenience, fixed-length control precision of the cold roll forming machine is affirmed. The key and difficult points of debugging of the cold roll forming machine are: the operation stability and accuracy retention of the servo fixed-length feeding device, the fixed-length shearing device and the choice of control accuracy and operation mode
Because the AC servo system of the cold roll forming machine has uncertain factors such as time-varying parameters, load disturbances, the serious nonlinearity and strong coupling of the servo motor itself and the controlled object, the mathematical model of fuzzy control, the control sensitive parameters, and corresponding PID control parameters must be revised online to realize the system without overshoot and oscillation. We have experienced accidental failures of the servo control system, such as lost steps, uncoordinated work, and unidentified flying cars, in the work site, and we have replaced the corresponding cables and eliminated the sources of interference.
After the cold roll forming machine is successfully debugged, the machine can be started.
