The selection of the embedded position of the roll forming machine is very important. It must be selected according to the size of the machine. The selected position must be correct and firm. When installing, it should also reach the strength that allows the installation to ensure the safe operation of workers. Generally, the molding machine that leaves the factory has been tested before leaving. During long-distance transportation or long-term storage, the rolling forming machine must be debugged and safety is confirmed before it can be put into use.
The following debugging needs to be done before the operation:
Ⅰ. It is necessary to check whether the roll forming machine is deformed or damaged during transportation for the roll forming machine supplier. If there is any, it must be repaired before it can be used.
Ⅱ. The main parts may show signs of loosening after a long period and should be checked.
Ⅲ. Check whether the movable parts of the roll forming machine need to be lubricated to prevent rust, or if it cannot be used normally.
Ⅳ. It should also be checked whether the main engine and brake are sensitive when working, and how quickly they react.
Before putting the roll forming machine into use, be sure to wipe the machine, add a certain amount of lubricating oil to the movable parts of the machine, and match all the assembly parts when installing.
