The rockwool sandwich panel machine and its production process realize that the rockwool and steel plate can be combined into a whole through automated equipment in the factory, which changes the previous way that rockwool panels should be machined on site. Under the premise of meeting the requirements of building heat insulation, sound insulation and fire prevention, it achieves the goal of high quality, high efficiency, reliability and safety. The characteristics of rockwool sandwich panel production line are as follows:


1. Good rigidity

The overall rigidity of the product is far better than that of the on-site pressed composite panels (glass wool panels) because the rockwool core material and the two layers of steel plates are bonded into a whole and the upper surface of the roof sheathing is corrugated. After the sandwich panel is fixed with the fittings and purlin, the overall rigidity of the roof is greatly improved and its working performance is strengthened. The rockwool sandwich panel can have larger purlin distance, so the purlin consumption can be saved by 1/3 to 2/3.


2. Reasonable fastening mode

The rockwool roof panels adopt the fastening mode to connect, which avoids the hidden danger of leakage of roof board and saves the accessories.


3. Firm fixing method

The rockwool roof panels are fixed with M6 self-tapping screw and purlin, which can effectively resist external forces such as typhoon. The tapping screw is set at the crest of the upper surface of the roof panel with a special waterproof structure to strengthen waterproofing.


4. Short installation period

Rockwool sandwich panels, without the secondary processing, not only can keep the surrounding clean and does not affect the normal operation of other processes, but also can greatly shorten the installation period. Thus, its average daily installation area can be up to 600 to 800 m2.


5. Scratch-proofing

During its production, the polyethylene adhesive protective film can be pasted on the surface to avoid scratches or wear on the surface coating of the steel plate during transportation and installation.
