The rock wool centrifuge parts propeller is a positioning adjustment propulsion device for a rock wool production line. It includes a transmission structure with a base at its lower end. The base is slidably connected to a reciprocating structure, which is located at both ends of the device. The transmission structure and reciprocating structure of the rock wool centrifuge parts propeller involve a set of reciprocating frames (labeled No.1 and No.2). The upper ends of the No.1 and No.2 reciprocating frames are each equipped with a through slot. Inside the No.1 and No.2 reciprocating frames, square columns are fixedly connected, with rotary motors installed on the inner side of the square columns.
One end of the rotary motor is equipped with a rotating wheel, and one end of the rotating wheel has a fixed cylinder. The positioning adjustment propulsion device of the rock wool centrifuge parts propeller can accurately place cotton bats, contributing to uniform pressure during later stages. It ensures sufficient limiting force when the cotton bat drops, preventing it from falling. Furthermore, the rock wool centrifuge parts propeller ensures precise angle positioning and rapid retraction, thus improving the efficiency of cotton bat molding.
In the construction industry, rock wool is an A-level fireproof insulation material. The insulation performance of rock wool can provide warmth, ensure temperature stability, reduce energy loss, and significantly contribute to reducing energy emissions. Using rock wool effectively controls the spread of fire, further protecting people's lives and property, especially in fire isolation construction technology, where the effects are more pronounced. Additionally, it has excellent stability, protecting against strong acids and bases, which can effectively safeguard our daily necessities. It is internationally recognized as a key energy-saving material among the so-called fifth conventional energy sources.
Basalt and dolomite are melted at high temperatures to create rock wool, during which a specific amount of binder is injected into a high-speed centrifuge. After pressing and fixing, the cotton can be cut and packaged for convenient overall processing of the rock wool production line, and it can be processed into different specifications. This uniform pressure in later stages prevents cutting waste and ensures precise stacking accuracy. Therefore, we propose a propulsion device for positioning and adjusting the rock wool production line.
Existing rock wool production line centrifugal parts propellers cannot accurately place the cotton bat during the arranging process, affecting uniform pressure in later stages, leading to cutting waste, and failing to precisely limit stacking accuracy. Hence, the need for a propulsion device for positioning and adjusting the rock wool production line arose.
The rock wool centrifuge parts propulsion device has a base with a fixedly connected central rod. The central rod's upper end is fixedly connected to a central shaft seat. The lower internal ends of the No.1 return frame and No.2 return frame both have a rotating shaft inserted. The rotating shaft's exterior penetrates into the inside of the central shaft seat, which is centrally located on the base. One end of the rotating shaft is equipped with a motor.
